Registration
Interested participants are requested to complete the registration form and remit the registration fee to the Organizing Secretary. Fees are payable by GPay, NEFT, net banking, IMPS or demand draft.
Steps for Registration
The registration fee per participant is to be paid by GPay, NEFT, net banking, IMPS or demand draft, drawn in favour of “IEEEC 2021” and payable at Delhi.
- Deposit the registration fee by any of the methods given on the registration page of the conference website.
- Obtain the details of payment and receipt of payment.
- Complete the registration form and send the copy of the receipt and other details to the conference email address [email protected].
Registration fee is non refundable. Each full registration covers a maximum of one paper, and a second paper onward must be registered separately. See the paper submission guidelines for the full policy.
Ways to Pay
Participants may use any of the following widely available Indian payment channels. The conference account details are listed further down this page.
- Google Pay for instant UPI transfers from a mobile device.
- NEFT, the national electronic funds transfer system operated under the Reserve Bank of India.
- IMPS, the immediate payment service run by the National Payments Corporation of India.
- Foreign delegates may remit the fee through the SWIFT network using the account details below.
- Complete the registration form through Google Forms and email the receipt to the organizers.
- Net banking or a demand draft drawn in favour of IEEEC 2021 and payable at Delhi.
Participants from academic and research institutions may seek travel or registration support from national funding bodies such as the University Grants Commission, AICTE or the Department of Science and Technology.
