Paper Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers prepared in the SSRN Elsevier format. A blind peer review process is used to evaluate every submission.
What to Submit
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of 6 pages (A4 size) including tables, figures and references. If you have a paper with a greater number of pages that you would like to be considered, you may submit that as well. All submissions must be made in the given SSRN Elsevier format.
The formal instructions in the paper template must be followed. It is important to use the right paper format (A4 size) to have the right margin, and not to use page numbering, so the paper footer must be empty.
All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 6 pages including figures. Review papers are allowed with a maximum of 8 pages.
Tools and Templates
- Download the IEEEC 2021 paper template and follow its styles.
- Draft in Microsoft Word or collaborate online with Overleaf.
- Prepare equations and references with LaTeX if your paper is equation heavy.
- Export a clean PDF with Adobe Acrobat and check the margins before upload.
- Add your ORCID identifier so reviewers can verify your publication record.
- Survey related work on Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science and IEEE Xplore.
- Read the published SSRN repository conventions used by Elsevier.

Guidelines for Authors
- Authors must submit their papers online using the EasyChair conference management system. Authors should first create an account on EasyChair to log on. Manuscripts should be submitted in Doc and PDF format both.
- Authors can also submit their papers in the prescribed template in MS Word and PDF both on the official email address [email protected].
- All the papers that conform to the guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality of content, depth, relevance to the conference, contributions and readability. Acceptance of the papers will be communicated by email. The authors of an accepted paper shall have to make corrections as per the suggestions of the reviewers and submit the final camera ready manuscript within the stipulated deadline.
- Do not use academic titles such as Dr. or Prof. in the paper.
Registration Fees for Authors
Each full registration covers a maximum of one paper. A second paper onward must be registered separately. The complete registration procedure and bank details are on the registration page.
